How much does video production cost?
Pricing depends on your objectives and the creative that best represents your brand and its messaging. Video production costs can range significantly but most projects can be created to fit your budget. Often, giving us more flexibility in the creative is helpful as we may be able to think up ways to execute something more economically without impacting strategy. In all cases we insist on being totally transparent and even offer creative and affordable payment schedules.
How quickly can we get started & how long will it take?
Depends on the video project. Some projects are pretty much well conceived and camera-ready to shoot (usually within 2 weeks), while others need much more guidance and fleshing out beyond the initial idea (3-5 weeks). The planning phase is very important to ensure the video content is effective.
From start to final delivery, the timeline could be 5-12 weeks, again depending on the complexity.
What type of video is right for me?
This all depends on your goal. We start by asking ‘What in your marketing are you looking to improve and how can video help?” What stage of the customer journey or sales funnel do you need to address. This starts the process of creating a video marketing strategy which then fuels the content and type of video.
If the goal of the video is to gain brand awareness (top end of the sales funnel) then the right kind of video could be a story-based video which resonates with your audience on an emotional level first and foremost. On the other hand, if the primary goal is conversion (bottom end of the sales funnel) then a fact-based clearly showing the features and benefits of your product or service would be the right content.
